Elite Working Knee Pads

I finally had a need to use this pair and very happy I bought them. The upper section holds the pads on my knees without slipping down as so many other knee pads have done. Finally a knee pad which was designed, constructed, and sold at a reasonable price.

When I first use these kneepads the my knees felt great after using these kneepads, the design is nice the thick padding feels good. You don't slide on him in the price was good.

Great kneepads but if could find a way to put the straps on a clip, so the Velcro doesn't wear out. But these are the best kneepads I've ever worn. Only problem is the Velcro wears out too quickly.

Nice secure fit. Top strap holds well even over jeans keeping them in place even with a lot of getting up and down. Nice flat areas on the front and thick padding making kneeling comfortable.

Have been wearing these for a few days n they are comfortable n stay in position no matter how much I crawl around!!! Will be purchasing another pair when I’m done with these ones for sure!!! Very happy with the buy n the price

Initially, I gave these a 3-star rating because I found the straps inadequate. The description mentioned extra strapping but I must have misplaced it because I used the knee pads without extra strapping and found, surprise, the strapping too short. Since then, however, I found the extra strapping and now these work fine! No complaints.

I used these every day for 3 or 4 months and couldn't have made it without these. There was more than enough padding to support me and keep me comfortable. The only complaint I had was the extender for the velcro wasn't the best so I didn't use it very often. That made them a little tight around my thighs at times but other than that these were amazing.

We are building a home and we have installed over 1,100 sq feet of flooring. My original knee pads wore out so I bought these. They are great. I have worn them for 12 hours straight and they stay in place and I am comfortable. I am in my mid 50's and can go at it the next day with these. They are well worth the investment.

This is a good product.
I have used these several times and always been comfortable and satisfied.
The only problem I have is, like the several reviews is the standard Velcro straps are to short.
I am 5'6 and my legs with legs are not very big diameter.
It's probable that most guys that buy this product a larger then me.
So why not add a 1 oz inch to the ( VERY IMPORTANT STRAPS).
They include extension pieces knowing it is probably a problem.
I'm surprised they do want to spend a few dollars to accommodate or average worker which would use them.

My husband at 63yrs trying to finish the flooring in the basement. Pryor to buying these one pads, he had used my a 3 inch thick garden pad and after laying flooring in cement floors, took a week to get over the knee and leg pain. So I bought these for him and after 4hrs kneeling on cement, laying flooring, absolutely no pain at all.

I use kneepads for almost all my chores around the house inside and out. These have been durable and very comfortable with a wide gel pad and they stay in place which is what I wanted. They are by far the best set of kneepads I have ever owned and I just ordered another pair. The pair in the picture has to be four or five years old. I have not spared them from any activity. I have given them very rough treatment, especially outside in landscaping projects. They have held up extraordinarily.I noticed while recently working on a very steep bank that the threads on the top of the caps have worn out, so I just ordered me another pair, but these are still functional for several jobs. I would highly recommend them.

I got these for my hubby he lost a leg due to infection, the rehab center sent him home before his prosthetic was ready for him. He was only able to be on his hands and knee for the hallway. it got to be too hard on his knees to do it anymore. now he has the knee pads, and he loves them. he says they do not move around; he can kneel or crawl on them for quite a while before he has to get back in his wheelchair. he has had them for 2 weeks. still as good as new. they stay in place lots of strap left to tighten, and he is a big guy. i would highly recommend these.

These are the most comfortable and well padded knee pads I have used. I have chronic knee problems - I need both knees replaced, and I had to R/R the flooring at my house. I had some other knee pads I started using, but they just weren't doing the job and I knew I needed some good protection to get me through this project.

I bought these knee pads for my 89 year old father-in-law that loves working in the yard. He had some other pads that continually slide off the knee and it was very difficult to pull them back up. I have the same problem with my Dewalt pads... very irritating to say the least. The Thunderbolt pads were the answer as they stay 100% in place. Every time I see Pop's, he thanks me and raves about the pads. Last week he edged his huge lawn, by hand and on his knees!

Just got these after trudging through 30 brands on Amazon. Someone was actually thinking about their design here and I've just tried them on and they are THE MOST comfortable and smartly designed knee pads I've ever had on! The stretch mounting bands are 2" wide and are positioned above and below the knee joint so that bending feels effortless because there are no straps binding behind my knees. This seems simple enough and I'd never seen or heard of these, but if they last they will be on my got-to-have-it list forever. The bonus here, is that they are fairly priced and not way above the market. I wish Thunderbolt and those involved the best of luck. While made in China, it's to their specifications and to their considered design. Thank you so much for putting the thought and effort into making something as lowly as knee pads into a better product.
