Fit & models
Will they fit me?
Yes. Every pad has adjustable top and bottom hook & loop straps, and every pair includes free 7" extension straps for larger legs. Women's Elite is built smaller: 11" top to bottom with a 6.5" x 5" cap, and its straps fit legs 14" to 22" (26" with the extensions).
Which model should I get?
Platinum Pro is our best seller and comes in five colors. Upgraded Platinum adds a non-slip silicone grip band and built-in pull loops. Elite has a rugged ribbed cap in all black. Women's Elite is the smaller fit.
Do all Thunderbolt pads have double gel?
Every one. Double gel over a thick engineered foam core, under a hardened, non-slip shell.
Care
How do I clean them?
Mild soap and water, then let them air dry.
Orders & shipping
Where do you ship, and how fast?
We ship to the contiguous United States only. Orders ship within 1–2 business days, and standard shipping is free on every order.
Can I return my order?
Returns are accepted only for items in new, unused condition, in their original packaging. Pads that have been worn, washed or used on the job can't be returned.
Return shipping is at the customer's expense, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase and are inspected before any refund is approved. Defective or damaged items are replaced with the same item.

Do you sell in bulk?
Yes. Crews, retailers, distributors and government buyers can request a volume quote.
