Returns
We offer returns within 14 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a store credit will be issued to your account within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us at jb@thunderboltamerica.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, such as gift cards or any items marked as final sale.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
